We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and for marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our services, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

We implement a variety of security measures to protect your personal information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

FILLS

Refills for eyelash extensions are required approximately every 2-3 weeks depending on the natural lash cycle and proper care. A refill scheduled closer to 4 weeks from the previous appointment will need to be rescheduled as a full set
 
Also in order to qualify for a refill you must have a MINIMUM of 50% lashes of your lashes remaining. 
 
If you have under 50% lashes remaining, a new full set will be charged. 

2 week fills: will require at least 60%-70% of the lashes remaining to qualify for the 2 week fill price. 
 
Foreign fill: Before the service begins, clients will have a consultation and assessment. During this, the technician will evaluate the condition of the client's lashes and discuss their desired results. Based on the consultation, we may need to adjust the lash set or style to address any issues with the previous extensins, or in some cases, recommend a full set after removal if needed.. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of $30. Clients who cancel will need to pay this fee before they are allowed to book future appointments. Exceptions may apply in cases of emergencies.

NO-SHOW POLICY

A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice. No-shows will result in a charge of $50. Clients who miss their appointments will need to settle this fee before booking any future appointments. Additionally, please note that the $50 deposit paid to secure appointments are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

LATE POLICY

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show and automatically cancelled. A $50 fee will be applied for the cancellation. Please let me know if you're running late so we can make arrangements.

FIXING POLICY

Your satisfaction and the quality of your lash extensions are our top priorities. If you have any questions or concerns regarding retention, or if you'd like to schedule a retention fix appointment, please reach out to us. We're here to ensure you look and feel your best! 

If you experience any retention issues within the first 3 days, please contact us as soon as possible. Should the issue be due to a technical error or product defect, we’ll offer a complimentary fix appointment. During this appointment, we'll make any necessary repairs or touch-ups to ensure your lash extensions are flawless and long-lasting. (This offer is valid within 5 days of your initial appointment.)
